KURZ TYPOFOL distributes its products to end users exclusively through authorised and qualified specialist distributors or, in other European countries, through subsidiaries or agents of the KURZ Group. These partners provide product selection, application-specific advice, quotations, delivery and local customer support.
KURZ TYPOFOL does not offer direct sales, direct quotations or order processing for end users. For any questions regarding products, prices, availability, orders, delivery dates, applications or complaints, please contact your existing supplier or an authorised KURZ TYPOFOL specialist distributor.

PPWR (Regulation (EU) 2025/40)
As of 12 August 2026, the transport packaging that we first place on the Union market complies with the applicable requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024 on packaging and packaging waste, amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and Directive (EU) 2019/904, and repealing Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation – PPWR), to the extent that those requirements are applicable from that date.
In many cases, our products are used by our customers as components of packaging or packaging material. Where our customers are manufacturers within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, they are responsible for assessing and ensuring that the packaging they manufacture complies with the applicable requirements of that Regulation. To support our customers, we provide the product-related information and documentation relevant to our products and available to us through our established information processes, for example via our Raw Material Information (RMI).
